Mark Davey awarded Life Membership + more acknowledgments at AGM!

David Bremner gave an emotional recount of all Mark has done for the band summarised here: “Mark epitomises everything that is good about bands, he works hard, is generous with his time, and plays so damn well. He has been a rock to this band, and one of the things I love the most with him is when he comes up with an idea, his go-to is to just do muck in and get it done himself. He is a classic do-er, and he gets it all done while balancing a business, a family, and everything I chuck at him. Through everything that is thrown at him, his turns up with a smile, a dad joke, and rips into it. His undiminishing drive and energy for his inner circle and this band is deeply inspiring. I am incredibly proud of him.”

David also bid farewell to our band's President, Charlotte Hoare: “Charlotte has been a driving force for the band, steering us through an incredibly tricky time with a pandemic and the financial difficulties of running an arts organisation through this time. She has been a stabilising figure and we have been so lucky to have her at the helm. Thank you so much, Charlotte”
